Shipping Costs, Shipping Back to Us and Restocking Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- The cost of shipping the product back to us will be calculated based on your location and carrier.
- Restocking fees for returns is 15% of the cost of the product.

Changes or Cancellations

Before Production: You may modify but not cancel your pre-order within 14 days of placing your order by contacting us at hello@nuefoil.com.

After Production Begins: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once production has started.

Returns and Refunds
